[mythtv] Enhancement for duplicate detection

There are some shows that come up with a valid description of the
contents 3/4 of the time, and the rest of the time it's soething
generic like "Computers and technology". It would be nice to click on
one of these episodes and be able to tell myth to save that phrase and
treat it the same as if the description field was blank.

Maybe mythfilldatabase could just not store any matching phrases, that
would avoid changing the scheduler... Hmmmm..
