[mythtv] Anyone feel like fixing mythgame?

I agree, but there are far too many mame options for us to handle all
of them. The current solution is not flexible, and adding an extra
options box to give us flexibility sort of makes the other boxes
unnecessary.

I'll start looking at that stuff.
