[mythtv] incorrect hue before changing channels

Just noticed that for some reason when I start live tv, the hue, etc is 
all messed up.  hitting channel up/down fixes it.

shortly after discovering this, I normalized all of my channel 
color/hue/etc and the problem has gone away.  However, I thought that I 
should mention this in case someone sees a quick spot where default (the 
first?) settings are being loaded but not overridden.
