[mythtv] [PATCH] New filesize DB support being truncated

When the file isn't local the size is being fetched from the db and crammed
down into a signed 32-bit int.

This patch adds two functions to convert to/from a string and a long long.

How to see the current bug:

Go to "Delete Recordings" and look at the reported file sizes for non-local
files.
