[mythtv] [PATCH] search by unicode

Hi

I can not searching use by unicode strings(Japanese).
Probably preg_match untreatable matching "\w" by unicode.It was useless even
if it used "u" modifier.
It was fine when using "\S".

If there is no problems, I will want to use "\S".
