[mythtv] [PATCH] Protocol Errorcode Return Values

Hi,

Here is a patch to provide the Protocol changes made in my experimental patch. 
I've included a slightly more populated mytherror.h file, which contains 
error codes present in my experimental patch also, as this would ease my 
patch releases. Also this file is to be used for future protocol error 
numbers, which I'm going to provide as time passes. I've split the patch on 
logical boundaries to ease (or harden) the merge burden, please report back 
on what format you prefer.

Please, go over this patch with eagle eyes, as I'm not sure it'll propagate 
well.
