[mythtv] [Patch] Warn about losing buffer on channel change

This patch implements a warning system for when you attempt to change 
the channel while behind live TV, giving you the choice to change the 
channel anyway or continue watching the current channel.  A checkbox was 
added to the playback settings to turn this enable / disable this.  It 
defaults to disabled.
