[mythtv] Heads up: Smart playlists in MythMusic

It was pretty easy for me in php/javascript
porting it over to qt makes me dizzy :)

I don't see how a smartplaylist can pull another playlist in unless it's
getting the reference from it's title. I have to think about this, I
don't think I want to even attempt that due to unwanted things
happening. But the other way, a regular playlist of smartlists would
indeed be nice.

What does the current code do with an invalid playlist? it just ignores
it right?
I have had metdata rebuilds do strange things if I don't clear out my
playlists and rebuild them, but I may be rebuilding incorrectly as a
user in the fe.

For example, it would try to play a track and just sit there with
nothing to play when the file was renamed. I had to tell it to go to
the next track, shouldn't that be automatic?
