[mythtv] [PATCH] Associate channels to cardinput sourceids; HD2000 channel retrieval

Hi y'all,

I've got a PVR250 on my master backend with a cable programming feed, and
a HD-2000 HDTV card on a slave frontend with a broadcast programming feed.
One major problem was that trying to tune to digital channel "8" on the
HD-2000 would retrieve the channel definition for the cable channel, and
not the broadcast channel.

The attached patch maps the sourceid to the cardinput, so that channel.cpp
can specify the appropriate sourceid when performing the SQL select to
retrieve the channel information. I would guess that since there are now
4 cardinput maps being used, that maybe a good next step is to create a
cardinput class to store this type of information.

The second bug fixed in the patch is similar. The HDTVRecorder class
pulls the TS program ID from the frequency field, or defaults to program
ID 1. The SQL command again pulled only from the first channel found.
The patch ensures that the HDTVRecorder class only searches for channels
where tvformat = "ATSC".

Hopefully these two improvements will help others that have mixed
NTCS/ATSC backend environments.

Brad
