[mythtv] Mplayer PVR-350

I am currently using the TV out on my PVR-350 with Mythtv and everything
works well except for mythvideo. I believe the version of mplayer I have is
too old. I started with Knoppmyth R4 and upgraded the IVTV drivers and
MythTV to CVS about a week or so ago. I have been looking in the archives
and I have read about a patch for mplayer that will improve Mythvideo
playback over the 350 TV out. Any idea where I can find this patch? Thanks
