[mythtv] [PATCH] Toggle ViaSlice and XVMC

Hi,

This patch adds the ability to toggle the use of the ViaSlice
and XVMC hardware acceleration. It also adds a note to the
INCLUDEPATH used with DVB compilation, so to avoid confusion.
