[mythtv] Modifying the width/style of the 'focus' indicator Qt uses for buttons etc?

I'd be willing to help out in this, also. I wouldn't say strip everything out 
of the UI, but it is definitely easier for me to sit down at a browser with a 
keyboard to do involved setups that poke around with a remote, especially for 
things like edits to scheduled recordings.
