[mythtv] Modifying the width/style of the 'focus' indicator Qt uses for buttons etc?

The focus indicator is dependent on the qt theme you are using, which is why 
mythtv colors the widgets to the highlight color when they have focus.  Try 
using a different Qt theme.  Also may help to try to spell my name right in 
the future.

That's not going to happen.  I'm not going to force someone to open up a web 
browser somewhere just to change a setting or two.
