[mythtv] Compilation problems with dvb enabled (cvs)

I have already tried doing this several times...  i even downloaded cvs again
just to see whether i had screwed something up and reduced the things i was
compiling for right down to dvb support (i had cle266 and alsa-native enabled
before).

Will try again but am not hopeful :-?
