[mythtv] mythtv patch to use arts sound server

Well, thats what I get for using the alsa files as a template I guess...

I did notice that it got out of sync once about 1/4s.  I just wasn't
sure what caused it.

I'll try to look at the other files (OSS?) and see if any reworking is
in order.  Probably not have time for a couple weeks though unless it is
simple to fix.  (packing up the house and moving starting Friday)
