[mythtv] no sound when recording with mythtv

Ok,

normally I'd post this in the mythtv-users list, but this error is with mythtv any version since 25dec (afaik). I used this version because some mails in the mailinglist said it contained new ivtv stuff in it.

Here comes the problem:
When I've watched liveTV and left it standing on channel 5  and later on that night I would be recoridng channel 5, it records without sound :(
When I leave LiveTV standing on channel 6 and later on I'm recordingin on channel 5, I don't have the sound issue.

It's not an issue with just channel 6 or 5, I use them as an example.
