[mythtv] MythDVD CVS 02/26/04

I'm getting a different error then was previously posted when trying to
compile mythdvd from cvs:

# make

: undefined reference to `MTD::MTD[in-charge](QSqlDatabase*, int, bool)'

This was just run from the mythdvd directory. I had done a make clean
distclean prior and it seemd fine until it reached mtd.
