[mythtv] Fr grabber for XMLTV

This is just to let inform you that XMLTV is planning a French grabber to is
next release.

 Adding Sylvain Fabre's tv_grab_fr grabber for France. 

 

So can you do your best to add it into mythtv 0.15 as well ? I really need
it (I did not succeeded in my mythbox ;-( by myself)
