You mean something like an nvidia-graphics4363-devel package
containing a symlinks like
/usr/X11R6/lib/libXvMCNVIDIA.so -> /usr/X11R6/lib/nvidia-graphics-1.0-4363/libXvMCNVIDIA.so.1.0.4363
/usr/X11R6/lib/libXvMCNVIDIA.a -> /usr/X11R6/lib/nvidia-graphics-1.0-4363/libXvMCNVIDIA.a
Sounds reasonable, at least I see no flaws in it. Anyone having
objections?
Joseph, could you file that as a bug at bugzilla.atrpms.net against
the ATrpms component, so I create that subpackage on the next nvidia
or kernel release?
And "off topic": did your build succeed otherwise? Did you use the CVS
src.rpms?
