[mythtv] Sticky keys and 10 seconds jump ahead

Using sticky keys, while rewinding, if I press the "select" key to return to
normal speed watching, it jump ahead of 15 seconds. While Fast forwarding,
if I press the "select" key to return to normal speed watching, it jump back
of 15 seconds.

Is this a feature or is it a bug?
