This is my default signature.

In the US, by default, anything you author is copyrighted by you.  The
notice is unnecessary.  Additionally, "All Rights Reserved" is
automatic.

Unless the law changes, anyone setting up archives needs my permission
even if I don't have the notice.

My original intention is to prevent a situation as described here:
