[mythtv] Internationalization off MythWeb

Hi,

I was kinda surprised by the current status of MythWeb in CVS; an odd way
off translation has been used and not completed; My current userinterface is
a mixed combination of text and _LANG_SOMETHING...

PHP supports gettext :

http://www.php.net/manual/en/ref.gettext.php

A very standard way of internationalizing your applications; I think this
way supersedes the current choosen way of "static" _LANG_SAY_YOUR_THING...
