[mythtv] Inconsistencies in naming: mythweb and duplicates

The Subtitle & "Subtitle & Desc" are my fault.  I didn't realize MythWeb
referred to them as Episodes.  I agree though, we should bring MythWeb and
MythTV inline using the same naming convention.
