[mythtv] problem with delete button "Yes, but record..." missing

This is in CVS now.  Options/Settings should only be enabled if they are
applicable for the currently selected recording type.  Also, the "Max if over
Newest" setting is only enabled if "Max Episodes" is set non-Zero.
