Sorry, I think I messed up the explanation :)

Priority	Show
--------------------
High		A
Low		B

I want to record a new show called "C".  C needs to override A but not B.  
With priorities that's not possible.

I also find that juggling lots of priorities for each show is far more 
complicated than just saying "X always overrides Y".  If someone doesn't 
want to use that functionality then fine, don't use it.  But it shouldn't 
be removed completely.
