I changed --printlist to not display anything that has already ended as well
as anything that has started but not ended if it's not recording.

Does that make sense?  By default, Scheduler::PrintListIt prints all entries,
but if you pass in a "true" argument, it will only act as described
above.  --printlist passes in true as an argument.  When you turn on
verbose schedule logging, all records will be printed.
