Maybe a better way to go about this would be to make it so that a user could
have their own channel list.  Instead of just the whole list or the favorites
list, each user could have their own.  My Dish Network receiver has 4 custom
channel lists I think and they come in handy sometimes.

If Myth had the concept of who was watching then some settings could be
different depending on the user.  Different users could have different
channel listings, a different default Recording group (to display only the
recorded shows they want to watch), fast forward could act differently, etc..

Just tossing the idea out there...
