[mythtv] [patch] Channel visible indicator

This feature is already more or less supported by leaving the channel
number empty (patch was done be me some months ago).
Problem is that not all views showing channels support it (mythweb for
example).

Although using a boolean in the DB for this is more "beautiful" of
course.
