[mythtv] [PATCH] Duplicate Detection Changes

Here's my latest patch for duplicate detection. It's basically the same 
as the last one except I've added the ability to access the 
InfoDialog/AdvancedRecordingScreen from the playback/delete screens. Hit 
INFO and then select edit recording's source (that might need some 
rewording, but I don't care what it get's changed to if anything). I've 
also made it apply to current cvs. That means it's a new protocol 
version (3), and a database update. As far as I can tell it works great. 
I've been using it for about a week. Check it out and apply if it's worthy.
