[mythtv] mythfilldatabase and tv_grab_uk_rt

now that tv_grab_uk is no more and tv_grab_uk_rt reigns
we need to have an option to specifiy --slow to tv_grab_uk_rt

i'll have a look and see if i can understand what to do - unless
somebody else has already beaten me to it. in which case, can
it be added to the code.

is there any way to re-get data and merge it into the database.
say i mod mythfilldatabase and now want to get the program details.
do i have to clean the database and start again, or is there a way to
merge data?
