[mythtv] Feature request: Choose frontend streaming method

HI!

A remote frontend uses NFS, when it can find the same path, as on the 
backend. Otherwise it uses the Myth TCP protocol to play recordings.

It would be very nice, if this could be configured. For example, I would 
like always to use the Myth protocol, because I think, it is more 
efficient over WLAN. This way, I could keep my NFS paths (for loading 
the channel icons for example).
