[mythtv] mysql - mythtvbackend crashes on record, recorded table

Try removing everthing in the jobqueue table.  Or do it one row at a time
if you want to try to find out what exact show is causing the problem if
it is commercial flagging.

In current CVS, problems with commercial flagging decoding a video file
are prevented from affecting the backend this way because the mythcommflag
executable is now spawned off as a separate program instead of calling
the commercial flagging routines directly from the mythbackend program.
