It looks like that patch is a mix and match of the DVB Patch and myth cvs, so I
don't think it will apply to myth-cvs and work properly.. Can you send the
patch against my dvb patch possibly?  I see some of the AutoPID code is left in
place so if it did apply to mythcvs it wouldn't compile anyway..
