[mythtv] [PATCH] for transport.c in dvbdev

Hi,

I am adding a patch for cleaning up transform.c (and deleteing
ctools.c/h , remux.c/h). I also add ed some fixes to dvbrecorder.cpp that
eliminate some unneeded stuff and I moved the CorrectStreamNumber
functionality into LocalProcessData.
The tar file contains patches against CVS not against the DVB
patch. There is a Makefile.patch that fixes the Makefile for
eliminating ctools and remux. Then there is a patch for
dvbrecorder.cpp and dvbtypes.h and a patch for the dvbdev directory.
