[mythtv] [Experimental PATCH] BIG DVB PATCH V3.1

Hi all,
 just a quick note to say that I'm up
and running here with 3.1. Scan seems
to work on the Sudbury-B relay in the
UK. I'll give 3.2 a try tonight.

 However, I have a PVR250 in this box
too and setup seems to seg when I try
to set up an xmltv grabber for the
analogue source. I know this isn't
supposed to work for DVB but I wasn't
sure if the DVB patch was "supposed"
to break it for analogue too.
