[mythtv] CVS does not compile (missing tspacket.h)

The current MythTV in CVS does not compile.
The problem is a missing INCLUDE file
        tspacket.h
used in
        hdtvrecorder.h
and indirectly in
        hdtvrecorder.cpp

Anyone know where it is?
