[mythtv] [PATCH] Get remote backend status

	Final additions to Tommy Watson's machine status changes:

1) Moved uptime and memory usage stat lookup code
    from statusbox.cpp to util.cpp

2) Added three query strings and RemoteGet* routines
    to query the backend for these stats, along with
    HandleQuery* routines to handle them and call the
    stat lookup code from util.cpp

    Technically, this is a change to the protocol,
    but I am undecided about the merit of updating
    the MYTH_PROTO_VERSION value

3) Now call the RemoteGet routines in statusbox.cpp
    if frontend is not running on backend machine
