I experimanted with tv_grab_dvb, which is using "providerid.dvb.guide". 
So I get , e.g.:

<channel id="12003.dvb.guide">
        <display-name>RTL Television</display-name>
</channel>

Maybe is it better for the meantime (until the dvb patches including 
proper epg loading) using this. So you can get more people to test the 
new dvb code.
