[mythtv] AMD64 compile problems in postprocess.c

This weekend I will be attempting to narrow down what was changed and
see if I can come up with a work around. I'll certainly post whatever I
come up with. The official 64bit 0.16 version compiles on 2004.3 Gentoo
with emerge but I have other problems during the mythsetup portion. It
always fails during mythsetup when it attempts to alter a table that
doesn't exist. Perhaps there is another patch for that as well. :( Ah
well, the never ending saga of code fixing!

64bit AMD on Gentoo. Gentoo and emerge does some strange things for me
so I'm attempting to compile it by hand. Kyle, did you hear anything
back from ffmpeg guys about this? Your theory about the assembler code
being incorrect sounds right considering the changes to postprocess.c;
I just subscribed today to this list so I may have missed something
about this problem if was posted here.

certainly changes around the assembly code. When I get a chance I
will take a stab at fixing it, but my time is limited for the next few
days.
