Sorry, I underestimated.  It'll be a 3 line change.  One to set up the 
keybinding, one to allow it during browse mode, and one to allow it other 
times.  Just look for where it calls ChannelKey() in tv_play.  I think 
assigning the channels to unused numbers makes more sense, though.
