[mythtv] Python bindings

This sounds great.  I personally know no C++, but am learning a bit of
python, so I would love a featrue like this.  Also, it would probably
make it much easier to impliment one of *the* most requested features
in myth: the ability to control nuvexport from within myth.  Not to
mention some of the other possibilitys it would open up...

As I mentioned, I can't be of much help developing it, but I'd love to
help test it when the itme comes.
