[mythtv] Missing "recording_options" element (all themes)

Where are the 0.16 themes available if not on the mythtv.org web site?

Maybe they should be made available on the website under the themes
section.

I've searched this page: http://www.mythtv.info/moin.cgi/WhatsNew for
the new themes, as well as the mythtv web site and turned up nothing.

It is probably my fault that the proper themes are not in place, I did
blatantly copy the old ones into place without thinking that they'd be
different.  I guess I shouldn't gripe so much about it but it's not
exactly obvious that the old themes won't work until it's too late and
the new themes simply aren't online.*

*I did find J. Donavan Stanley's website with the Titivillus theme on
it, but quite frankly I don't know what to download from that page.  And
aside from that, Visor was my favorite theme and I can't find an updated
version of it anywhere.

So, thank you for your replies, but, I still don't know where to look.
