This patch looks exactly like the patch someone else sent to the list a few
days ago, it didn't fix anything, atleast not anything i coud see.
The patch that changed so seteffdsp wasn't called when the audio sync header
had too low timecode (shoud be about the same as samplerate) fixed the sync
problems i had.
