[mythtv] Problem compilng mythtv on Xbox Xebian 1.0.3

Just FYI; I fixed this in my local copy by doing the following in vsync.h;
it now compiles fine....

Add before "class VideoSync" ...

class VideoSync;
typedef VideoSync * VideoSyncPtr;

Then replace ...
	static VideoSync * BestMethod( ....
with
	static VideoSyncPtr BestMethod( ...


This shows it is definately a compiler wobbler rather than a problem.
