[mythtv] [PATCH] DisplayRes update

In general KDE worked fine for me.

I did have a problem if the very first show I watched (after starting up
mythfrontend), was a "low res" show.  The "low res" show would play fine,
but when I went to play a "high res" show, the image would get masked off
for any pixels larger than the size of the initial "low res" show.  I watch
"low res" shows so rarely, that it took me a while to discover this problem.
