??? The nuv files are the raw output of the pcHDTV card.  I was under
the impression that ATSC was multiplexed video and AC3.

FWIW, when I turn on AC3 passthrough, I get choppy static on pcHDTV
streams and absolute silence on PVR-250 streams.
