[mythtv] mythtranscode -> avi

Which means that it's caching the index somewhere, and is a LOT of 
overhead to just convert the AV data from an NUV container to an AVI one.

So with no answer from anyone working on mythtranscode, are there any 
other options?  Preferably something that would also process the cutlist?
