[mythtv] PAL/NTSC/TV/SVideo - still messed up

Yeah.  the audio changes appropriately.  And if I've manually set things 
to S-Video (with C), everything then works as expected.

Unfortunately, that's beyond my abilities...  I'll live with it for now. 
  I hope to get a new card (pvr-250 family) soon, so maybe it'll go away 
then.
