[mythtv] BUG? Can't skip when in-progress recording finishes

I'm using CVS from 4/28.  I haven't seen anything go in for a while 
regarding commercial skipping so I don't think the week difference in 
our versions is the difference.  Do you have a frame-grabber card you 
could test your hypotisys with?  I don't have a hardware capture card 
(yet)  to test this with.
