[mythtv] BUG? Can't skip when in-progress recording finishes

JAC, we watched CSI last night while it was in-progress.  Had no 
problems skipping around when it finished recording.

Relevant info:
FC1, ATrpms kernel
WinTV card
GF4MX using XvMC
Shows are set to transcode when done recording.
